Şükrü Özyıldız
Şükrü Özyıldız (born 18 February 1988) is a Turkish actor.[1] He is best known for playing Onur Karasu in the series Ruhun Duymaz. Early lifeÖzyıldız was born in İzmir. The maternal side of his family is of Rûm descent who immigrated from Rhodes.[2][3] His father is of Turkish descent from Trabzon.[4] After completing his studies from Department of Ship Mechanics Engineering at Istanbul Technical University and studying in Istanbul for a year, he studied at Ege University and went to Portugal under the Erasmus program. Özyıldız has been interested in martial arts since he was a youngster and has participated in cage fights in Portugal. After participating in a workshop on acting, he realized he liked the experience and decided to study acting at the Müjdat Gezen Art Center. He played Efe and followed it up by portraying Mete in Kış Güneşi opposite Aslı Enver. He starred in Tatlı Küçük Yalancılar, an adaptation of Pretty Little Liars. With Kerem Bürsin, Burcu Biricik, Yasemin Allen, he played Şeref Meselesi adaptation of Italy series. Özyıldız has appeared in several television series like Çoban Yıldızı, Benim Hala Umudum Var, Nefes Nefese.[6][7] His was also a part of the series Akıncı based on animation.[8] In 2023, he starred as intelligence agent Onur Karasu in the romantic comedy drama series Ruhun Duymaz opposite Burcu Özberk. He portrayed famous actor Ayhan Işık in third film of surreal comedy series Arif V 216. With Demet Özdemir, He played rom-com series Aşk Taktikleri.[9][10] TheatreHe performed in (Kim Korkar Hain Kurttan)Who's Afraid of traitor wolf alongside Zerrin Tekindor.
