Tsukioka Yoshitoshi (1839 - 9 Juni 1892) (Jepang: 月岡 芳年; juga disebut Taiso Yoshitoshi 大蘇 芳年) adalah seorang artis Jepang.
Ia secara luas diakui sebagai ahli Ukiyo-e terakhir. Kariernya ada selama dua era - tahun terakhir Jepang feudal kuno, dan tahun pertama Jepang modern baru.
