Troy Michael Kotsur (/ˈkɒtsər/; lahir 24 Juli 1968) adalah aktor asal Amerika Serikat. Ia dikenal karena perannya dalam film CODA (2021), membuatnya mendapatkan sejumlah penghargaan, termasuk Academy Award, British Academy Film Award, Screen Actors Guild Award dan Critics' Choice Movie Award.
