Thomas Cole (1 Februari 1801 – 11 Februari 1848) adalah seorang pelukis Anglo-Amerika yang dikenal karena lukisan pemandangan dan sejarahnya. Salah satu pelukis besar Amerika abad ke-19, ia dianggap sebagai pendiri dari Hudson River School,[1][2] sebuah gerakan seni Amerika yang berkembang pada pertengahan abad ke-19. Karya Cole dikenal karena penggambaran romantis tentang hutan belantara Amerika.[3]
