Pemogokan umum
Pemogokan umum mengacu pada aksi mogok di mana peserta menghentikan semua kegiatan ekonomi, seperti bekerja, untuk memperkuat posisi tawar serikat pekerja atau mencapai tujuan sosial atau politik bersama. Mereka diorganisir oleh koalisi besar organisasi politik, sosial, dan buruh dan mungkin juga termasuk aksi unjuk rasa, pawai, boikot, pembangkangan sipil, tidak membayar pajak, dan bentuk tindakan langsung atau tidak langsung lainnya. Selain itu, pemogokan umum mungkin mengecualikan pekerja perawatan, seperti guru, dokter, dan perawat.
