Jules Joseph Lefebvre (bahasa Prancis: [ʒylʒɔzɛfləfɛvʁ]; 14 Maret 1836 – 24 Februari 1911) adalah seorang tokoh Perancis pelukis, pendidik dan ahli teori.
Ia memenangkan Prix de Rome yang bergengsi pada tahun 1861. Antara tahun 1855 dan 1898, ia memamerkan 72 potret di Paris Salon. Banyak lukisannya adalah sosok tunggal wanita cantik. Di antara potret terbaiknya adalah potret ML Reynaud dan Prince Imperial (1874).[3] Pada tahun 1891, ia menjadi anggota Akademi Seni Prancis.
1870 La Vérité (The Truth) (1870), oil on canvas, Musée d'Orsay, Paris. The painting is contemporary with the first small scale model made by Lefebvre's fellow-Frenchman Frédéric Bartholdi for what became the Statue of Liberty, striking a similar pose, though fully clothed.[2]
