Istämi (atau Dizabul[1] atau Ishtemi Sir Yabghu Khagan[2])
adalah penguasa bagian barat Göktürk, Kekhaganan Turk Barat dan mendominasi Sogdiana.[3] Ia adalah yabgu (vassal) dari saudaranya Bumin Qaghan pada 553 Masehi.[4] Putranya bernama Tardu.
