Hoàng Cao Khải (Vietnam: [hwâːŋkaːwxa᷉ːj], 黃高啟; 1850, di Distrik Đức Thọ – 1933) adalah wizurai dari Tonkin (secara lokal dikenal sebagai Bắc Kỳ), bagian paling utara dari tiga bagian Vietnam di bawah pemerintahan kolonial Prancis. Ia terkenal karena perannya dalam membantu pihak berwenang Perancis untuk memburu Phan Đình Phùng, revolusioner Vietnam terkemuka saat itu.[1]
