Hidangan Aztek adalah hidangan bekas Kekaisaran Aztek dan suku bangsa Nahua dari Lembah Meksiko sebelum kontak Eropa pada 1519. Hidangan paling menonjol adalah jagung, sebuah tumbuhan yang sangat berpengaruh di kalangan masyarakat Aztek yang memainkan peran utama dalam mitologi mereka.
