Film eksperimental
Film eksperimental, sinema eksperimental atau sinema avant-garde adalah sebuah mode pembuatan film yang mengevaluasi ulang konvensi sinematik dan mengeksplorasi bentuk-bentuk non-naratif dan alternatif dari naratif tradisional atau metode pengerjaan.[1] Beberapa film eksperimental, terutama yang terawal, berkaitan dengan seni rupa dalam disiplin lainnya: melukis, menari, sastra dan puisi,[2] atau timbul dari riset dan pengembangan sumber daya teknikal baru.[3]
