Etel L. Solingen adalah pengajar dan penulis asal Amerika Serikat. Ia merupakan presiden International Studies Association (ISA) tahun 2012 sampai 2013. Ia menjabat sebagai Kepala Kajian Perdamaian Thomas dan Elizabeth Tierney di Universitas California, Irvine.
Tahun 2008, Solingen dianugerahi Woodrow Wilson Foundation Award atas buku karyanya, Nuclear Logics: Contrasting Paths in East Asia and the Middle East.[1]
