Elisabeth Holmes Moore (5 Maret 1876 - 22 Januari 1959) adalah seorang petenis profesional asal Amerika Serikat yang aktif dalam berbagai kejuaraan internasional mulai awal abad ke-20.[1] Moore berhasil memperoleh gelar dari nomor tunggal putri dalam Kejuaraan AS pada empat kesempatan. Moore masuk dalam Tennis Hall of Fame Internasional pada tahun 1971.[2]
Moore berhasil memperoleh gelar juara pada Kejuaraan Tunggal Wanita Indoor AS pertamanya pada tahun 1907 setelah mengalahkan Marie Wagner (Amerika Serikat) di partai final dalam pertandingan tiga set. Pada tahun 1908, Moore juga berhasil memperoleh gelar juara pada nomor ganda putri bersama dengan Helen Pouch.[3]
Setelah berhasil mendapatkan gelar juara pada beberapa Kejuaraan Internasional, Moore meninggal pada 22 Januari 1959 di Starke, Florida karena penyakit gagal jantung kongestif.[2][3]
