Edward Jean Steichen (27 Maret 1879 – 25 Maret 1973) adalah seorang Luxembourgish American fotografer, pelukis, dan kurator, yang dikenal luas sebagai salah satu tokoh paling produktif dan berpengaruh dalam sejarah fotografi.[1]
Dikreditkan dengan mengubah fotografi menjadi bentuk seni,[2] Foto-foto Steichen adalah foto-foto yang paling sering muncul di majalah inovatif Alfred StieglitzCamera Work selama publikasinya dari tahun 1903 hingga 1917, dengan Stieglitz menyebutnya sebagai "fotografer terhebat yang pernah hidup ".[3][4]
