BMX (gen)
Sitoplasma tyrosine protein kinase BMX adalah sebuah enzim yang pada manusia dikodekan oleh gen BMX.[4][5]
Fungsi
Tirosin kinase bisa berupa reseptor molekul-molekul yang mengandung transmembran dan domain ekstraseluler, atau nonreceptor protein, yang tersusun secara intraselular. Satu keluarga nonreceptor TKs meliputi gen TEC, TXK, ITK, dan BTK. Semua protein ini homolognya dari Drosophila Src28 TK dan mengandung SH3 dan SH2 domain hulu dari domain TK.
