Andrew Lycett, FRSL adalah seorang biografer dan wartawan asal Inggris.
Lycett dididik di Charterhouse School dan belajar sejarah di Christ Church, Oxford.Ia kemudian bekerja untuk The Times sebagai koresponden di Afrika, Timur Tengah, dan Asia. Ia menulis beberapa biografi terkenal dan ia dikenal karena membuat biografi tentang Ian Fleming, Ian Fleming: The Man Behind James Bond.
Ia terpilih menjadi Fellow of the Royal Society of Literature pada 2009[1] dan ia menjadi Fellow pada 2014.[2]
Ia sekarang tinggal dan menulis di London.
