Alison Courtney Pill [lahir pada 27 November 1985) adalah seorang aktris berkebangsaan Kanada.[1] Seorang yang dulunya adalah aktris cilik, Phil mulai meniti karier saat berusia 12 tahun, dengan membintangi sejumlah film dan serial televisi. Dia dikenal akan perannya dalam film Milk (2008), Scott Pilgrim vs. the World (2010) dan Midnight in Paris (2011) dan serial televisi In Treatment (2009), The Pillars of the Earth (2010) dan The Newsroom (2012-sekarang).
