Kenneth Neal Waltz (8 Juni 1924 – 13 Mei 2013) adalah anggota fakultas University of California, Berkeley dan Universitas Columbia dan merupakan salah seorang sarjana paling terkemuka di bidang hubungan internasional.[1] Ia adalah salah satu pendiri aliran neorealisme, atau realisme struktural, dalam teori hubungan internasional.
