Background : Morale have a positive impact for the company. Employees who have the spirit of work will do  the job with full energy, high enthusiasm and willingness to achieve company goals. There are many factors that influencing employee morale degree, one of them is perceived job rotation. Perceived job rotation refers to the way people perceive and evaluate the work carried out by rotation of a company whether or not effectivein developing skills and experience needed by employees for each job placement. Objective: To identify the relationship between perceived job rotation with employee morale at Banyumas General Hospital.Method :This was a Cross-sectional approach-based on Correlational research. The populations are Inpatient Nurses of Banyumas General Hospital who have become Public Labour and who have experience job rotation in period 2010-2012 and have become . This study involved 52 employees. The sampling method used is the total sampling. Measurement scale used is the morale with reliability 0.935 and perceived job rotation scale with reliability 0.918. Bivariat analysis through Chi Square Test was data analysis technique used to test hypotesis.Results: The results showed that there was a positive relationship between Nurses perceived about jobrotation with employee morale at Banyumas General Hospital with p-value= 0,005.Conclusion: Based on the research, it was concluded that there was relationship between Nurses perceivedabout job rotation with employee morale at Banyumas General Hospital.Keywords: Perceived, job rotation, nurse, employee morale.
