Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keterampilan berpendapat siswa dan ketuntasan belajar siswa pada materi larutan non-elektrolit dan elektrolit melalui penerapan model pembelajaran kooperatif tipe Student Teams Achievement Division (STAD). Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pra eksperimen dengan rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah “One Shot Case Study”. Sasaran penelitian ini adalah siswa kelas X SMA Kemala Bhayangkari 1 Surabaya pada semester 1 tahun ajaran 2013-2014 yang berjumlah 43 siswa. Instrumen yang digunakan untuk mengamati keterampilan berpendapat siswa adalah lembar pengamatan keterampilan berpendapat. Ketuntasan hasil belajar siswa diukur menggunakan lembar tes hasil belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa keterampilan berpendapat siswa pada pertemuan ke-1 sampai pertemuan ke-3 dengan jumlah siswa yang mendapatkan kategori A (sangat baik) secara berturut-turut sebesar 6,98%, 18,60%, dan 39,53%. Kategori B (baik) berturut-turut sebesar 41,86%, 58,14%, dan 53,49%. Kategori C (cukup) berturut-turut sebesar 34,88%, 18,60%, dan 6,98%, sedangkan kategori D (kurang) sebesar 16,28%, 4,65%, dan 0,00%. Ketuntasan klasikal hasil belajar siswa pada pertemuan ke-1 sampai pertemuan ke-3 secara berturut-turut sebesar 95,35%, 97,67%, dan 100,00%. The aims of this study are to determine the students’ giving opinion skills and mastery learning students through the implementation of cooperative learning model with STAD approximation electrolyte and non-electrolyte solution. The type of this research was pre experiment research and design research was "One Shot Case Study". The subjects were students of X grade SMA Kemala Bhayangkari 1 Surabaya as many as 43 students in the 1st semester 2013-2014 school year. The instrument which was used to observe giving opinion skills students was questioning skills observation sheet. For mastery of students learning outcomes were measured by using a sheet test for students learning outcomes. On the skills suggested for existing problems from the 1st meeting up to the 3rd meeting of the number of students who get a category A (very good) row of 6,98%, 18,60%, and 39,53%. Category B (good) row 41,86%, 58,14% and 53,49%. Category C (enough) row 34,88%, 18,60%, and 6,98%. Category D (less) row for 16,28%, 4,65% and 0,00%.
