Strike through text
The strike through text is barely indistinguishable from the regular, and where it is, it makes the original number illegible, whereas italics preserves the legibility and is distinguishable. Strike through is designed to obscure the underlying text (it's designed to cross out mistakes, after all), and I don't think you want those numbers obscured.
