Komite Hak Anak

Komite Hak Anak (Committee on the Rights of the Child, CRC) adalah sebuah badan para pakar independen yang memantau dan melaporkan penerapan Konvensi Hak Anak Perserikatan Bangsa-Bangsa yang meratifikasi Konvensi tersebut.^[1] Komite tersebut juga memantau penerapan Protokol Opsional pada Keterlibatan Anak dalam Konflik Bersenjata (Optional Protocol on the Involvement of Children in Armed Conflict, OP-AC)^[2] dan Protokol Opsional pada Penjualan Anak, Prostitusi Anak dan Pornografi Anak (Optional Protocol on the Sale of Children, Child Prostitution and Child Pornography, OP-SC).
