Hubungan Amerika Serikat dengan Korea Selatan (Hangul: 한미관계; Hanja: 韓美關係; RR: Hanmi gwangye) merujuk kepada hubungan internasional antara Korea Selatan dan Amerika Serikat. Hubungan bermula pada 1950, saat Amerika Serikat membantu mendirikan negara modern Korea Selatan, yang juga dikenal sebagai Republik Korea, dan berjuang pada sisi yang didukung PBB pada Perang Korea (1950–1953). Pada empat dasawarsa berikutnya, Korea Selatan mengalami pertumbuhan ekonomi, politik dan militer, dan secara signifikan mengurangi ketergantungan terhadap AS.
