Home Owners' Loan Corporation (HOLC) adalah sebuah perusahaan yang disponsori oleh pemerintah yang dibuat sebagai bagian dari New Deal. Korporasi tersebut didirikan pada 1933 oleh Home Owners' Loan Corporation Act dibawah kepempimpinan Presiden Franklin D. Roosevelt.[2]
